Selena Amor is a visual storyteller working across photography and mixed media. Through her practice, she explores the emotional space between stillness and movement, creating work that invites viewers into intimate moments of connection, memory, and reflection.
Inspired by everyday encounters, conversations, and the human experience, Selena’s work examines the ways we relate to one another and the worlds we inhabit. Since beginning her photographic practice in 2017, she has continued to deepen her craft through her studies in film and photography at Seattle Central Creative Academy, expanding both her technical approach and conceptual language.
Her practice is rooted in curiosity and the belief that every person carries a story worth witnessing. By blending photography with mixed media, she creates layered visual narratives that leave room for interpretation rather than conclusion. Each piece becomes an invitation for viewers to slow down, reflect, and discover fragments of their own experiences within the work.
Through her art, Selena hopes to cultivate spaces for connection, introspection, and expansive imagination, welcoming others into her perspective while encouraging them to find their own.
